PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is to be made in advance by credit card or by bank transfer (proforma Invoice).
INVOICE ADDRESS AND VAT NUMBER
For not using a VAT number – A value added tax identification number- type 0000 in the field.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As soon as the Registration, transfer, accommodation and social program form is received all reservations will be arranged. Upon receiving your payment, you will receive a confirmation letter for all selected services in the booking form from the Fail Better! 2019 Official Travel Office by email.

Terms and conditions

By registering for the Fail Better! The participant agrees to:

  • Complete the online registration form with current, complete and accurate information;
  • Select the conference registration;
  • Receive invoice upon registration
  • Have his/her name, affiliation and country included in the List of participants;
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions;
  • Payment is due within 8 days after receipt of the invoice,
  • No refund of paid registration is possible.

By registering for the Fail Better!, participants enter their personal information into the database of the Fail Better! Database. This database collects and stores personal information for the preparation and implementation of the Fail Better!. Participants name, affiliation and country of residence will be included in the List of Participants. Organizers may use contact details and provide participants with information around the Fail Better!. The term of these Terms and Conditions shall begin on the date the delegate registers and accepts the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

Transfer Cancellation Policy (applicable to individual reservation): Cancellation of transfer and accommodation services received before Friday, 31 May 2019 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 25€. After that time no refund will be paid.

Collection of Personal Data To process your conference registration and to arrange the booking for the services you selected, it is necessary for us to collect and store your personally identifiable data. Your personal data will be used only for the purposes needed for the organization of the conference and the execution of selected services. Your data will be also shared with Faculty of Arts and other partners for the purpose of the organization of the conference and the reservation of services. Go Green will never sell your information to third parties or use your data for marketing purposes. Go Green is committed to ensure the privacy of Personal Data and make sure its employees and business partners also take the necessary measures to protect Personal Data.
